Mamacita's Salsa Fresca Meatballs

(Cut recipe in half for an average-sized family dinner. We made too much.)
1.5 lbs of ground pork
1.5 lbs of ground beef
3/4 cups of Mamacita's Salsa Fresca, well drained
3 tablespoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 cup bread crumbs
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl until completely combined—don't over mix. Form into meatballs around the size of a golfball. In a skillet on medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil, sear some of the meatballs on all sides until golden brown, approximately 5-7 minutes. Work in batches and place onto a baking sheet.
Bake the meatballs at 350 degrees for another 10 minutes or until the inside is completely cooked, not at all pink. Serve with your favorite type of pasta and your choosing of sauce—we made a thin, simple sauce of olive oil and parmesan cheese which was delicious.
