Mamacita's Salsa Fresca Compound Butter

1 stick unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons Mamacita's Salsa Fresca, well-drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
First take the softened butter and mix into a bowl, adding the drained Salsa Fresca—make sure has much liquid is out of it as possible, squeezing or pressing through a sieve if possible. Once combined completely, lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and spoon out the butter in the center. Fold over one end of the plastic and form the butter into a log, wrapping it tightly. Place in the freezer for one hour to harden or in the fridge for at least two.
Unwrap the butter, slice off a pad, and place it on top of a steak cooked however you like and let the heat of the steak melt the butter—or add it to chicken, vegetables, or a baked potato. Anything would be delicious!
