May has been a busy month! We've had a lot of personal life stuff that has kept us busy and—of course—with the warmer season here, business has been picking up more and more each week.
In May, we started going through Reinhart to deliver produce and have been loving the convenience. There's been a couple of hiccups and with the change comes a lot of figuring and adjusting, but it's all working out well. Also, we recently posted this new recipe using Salsa Fresca: our take on a Western (or Denver) sandwich called a South Western and it is delicious! It's a really great, easy breakfast dish. Yum!
After a fantastic Memorial Day weekend at the lake with family, we're excited for the summer season to start and for all the new things we have planned to come together! It's going to be a great summer!
