Mamacita's Salsa Fresca Stuffed Fiesta Burger

1 1/2 pounds ground pork and beef blend; or fully ground beef
1/4 cup and 3 tablespoons of Mamacita's Salsa Fresca, well-drained
2 teaspoons salt
1 8oz block of cream cheese, softened
pepper to taste
(optional) several handfuls of arugula lettuce
First prepare the ground meat in a mixing bowl, combining the meat with 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt and 3 tablespoons of Mamacita's Salsa Fresca. Combine until well mixed, but don't over mix the ground meat. In a separate bowl, combine remaining Salsa Fresca, salt, pepper, and softened cream cheese in a bowl until creamed together.
While forming the burger patties, take a heaping tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center and pinch the meat close to keep it inside. Cook or grill the burgers to your liking, top with fresh arugula lettuce, or your favorite burger toppings, and serve up on a nice toasted bun!
